FY21 Projects

FY21 was the pilot year for the True North Strategic Plan Program in the VCA. The following projects were selected for the FY21 VCA Strategic Project Portfolio. Strategic project teams provided reporting to and engaged with VCA leadership on project status and outcomes.

Project Health

  • On Track: The project is on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Project resources are available for project activities when needed.

  • At Risk: There are risks and/or issues that might impact achievement of the project's objectives.

  • Off Track: There are significant issues that have impacted achievement of the project's objectives.

In Q1 FY21, 40% of projects were on track for schedule and resources, 40% at risk, 20% critical
In Q3 FY21, 40% of projects were on track, 20% were at risk, and 40% were off track.
In Q2 FY21, 80% of projects were on track for schedule and 60% were on track for resources
In Q4 FY21, 40% of projects were on track, 40% were at risk, and 20% were off track.
