Align UC Berkeley processes with the UCPath system and address process challenges that stem directly from implementing a new system of this magnitude, as well as address longstanding issues that are now highlighted by the system and needs to be reworked

Conduct inventory of documented local processes leading up to and arising from UCPath, create or update processes as needed, and identify or confirm process owners as needed
Identify and implement improvements to how UCPath-related process documents are made available to stakeholders at UC Berkeley
Identify and implement improvements to how UCPath-related process changes are communicated to UC Berkeley stakeholders
